Canfield Park & Dog Park
Canfield Park & Dog Park, located on the corner of Canfield @ Grand, is the City's only dog park. Dogs of all sizes, weights, and breeds are welcome at Canfield Dog Park.
Pocket Parks
Pocket parks are small parks that serve specific neighborhoods. Pocket parks in Liberty include Magnolia Park, Lamar Park and Palmer Park.
Liberty Municipal Park
The Liberty Municipal Park is a 129-acre park that basketball courts, baseball and softball fields, a soccer field, picnic tables, walking trails, a splashpad, and other amenities. The Liberty Municipal Park is located at 501 R.E. Vinson Road.

Liberty Center
The Liberty Center (housed within City Hall) is a 275-person auditorium that is available for rent. Community events, meetings, parties, weddings, and a host of other events are frequently held at the Liberty Center. Please call 936-336-3684 to inquire about renting the Liberty Center.
Liberty Municipal Golf Course
Originally designed by Ralph Plummer and chartered in 1951, the Liberty Municipal Golf Course is a 9-hole golf course spread out over 100 acres. Amenities include a clubhouse, pro shop, driving range and large driving range tee, putting green and practice green. A major renovation of the golf course was completed in 2023 under the direction of architect Jeffrey Blume.
